The Virtual COO

A COO is a diverse manager that understands the objectives of the CEO and Board of Directors and is capable of influencing strategy, operations, budgets, sales, marketing, cost control, change management and other diverse functions as designated by the CEO in order to improve leadership, promote more desirable financial results and meet superior overall business objectives.

What would be the interest in a COO?
