The Virtual COO

A COO is a diverse manager that understands the objectives of the CEO and Board of Directors and is capable of influencing strategy, operations, budgets, sales, marketing, cost control, change management and other diverse functions as designated by the CEO in order to improve leadership, promote more desirable financial results and meet superior overall business objectives.

What would be the interest in a COO?

The business may be experiencing great productivity yet desires to improve performance.

There is an interest in forming an Advisory Board. The questions are how and why?

Management desires to review and expand the businesses strategic plan and have assistance in implementing it.

There is an interest or need in making technology changes. What are the full dynamics of change management?

The need to improve processes and procedures, or establish some for the first time, as well as further develop performance goals across the organization.

The need to raise new funding sources, requiring the development of the plan and presentation material for potential investors.

The CEO and other key executives are wearing too many hats and there is a need for someone with:

  •  Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking and presentation skills
  • Solid working knowledge of budgeting, sales, business development, and strategic planning
  • Ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external constituencies

What does it mean to engage a Virtual COO?

NCDCS, Inc has experienced Senior Executives that participate along side of the management team to assess the organizational needs and execute the various areas of interest previously discussed, without having to have a full time, regular employee COO.

We believe in valued relationships that influence effective organizational personalities that produce successful operational and financial results.
